Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.
 
Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.
 
The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission. We will resolve and compensate the buyer (if appropriate) once the claim has been dealt with successfully. In some instances a replacement item will be sent, however this will normally occur if the mail has specific tracking information where it can be demonstrated that the item has not reached its destination.

    meh

    Well. The sound might be okay, if they fit your ear. In my case, they do not. I noticed a lot of noice when im moving around. When changing to a smaller size, i get no bass, and tiny sound.

    Its true, you get what you pay for.

    Pretty disappointed with the sound quality and fit. I know that Sony’s typically have a v-shape sound profile but these are barely any better than the stock earbuds you get with a mobile phone. Cheap and disposable.

    Highly recommended earbuds!

    Possibly one of the best sounding earbuds I've owned. You can listen to music for hours and it is not fatiguing. If only you could forward (or rewind) tracks with it, that would make it a true winner.
