Lost, delayed or damaged mail
Items sent out are all recorded and certified by the post office or couriers we use. In the case of an item not arriving we follow post office guidance and will not consider an item lost until 15 working days (UK) and 25 (international) have elapsed from the date when the item was sent. In other cases of guaranteed delivery times this will not apply eg special delivery.
 
Customer assistance/cooperation will be requested prior to any replacement being sent in the event of a loss or damage claim.
 
The normal time for a claim to be processed by Royal Mail is six weeks from the date of submission.     Excellent Sony product

    Very easy to use , no need for separate power cable, transferred the whole of ms office 2007 programme from cd to a new laptop lacking cd/dvd player, very quickly via usb3. Very pleased

    Not an OTG adaptor, but is a good micro usb to full size usb converter.

    Bought this thinking it was an OTG adaptor to boot my windows tablet from to restore it, it's not, it's just a micro usb to usb adaptor. It is a good quality one though, but just remember pins 4 and 5 are not connected together, so it's not actually an OTG adaptor!

    Great little USB adaptor

    This little Samsung phone to USB adaptor is a really useful accessories for the Samsung phones. Easy to use as any USB memory stick is instantly recognised when connected enabling the off loading of pictures and files really easy, freeing up phone memory.

    Can it really be genuine Samsung?

    I bought this item as 'Genuine Samsung', brand new for less than £1.50. I was HIGHLY suspicious if it was actually a genuine Samsung product at that price, since there are so many Chinese fakes of just about everything on ebay these days. It does appear to be well built, and has a firm connection when plugged in, so it just might be genuine... Even if its not genuine, it works well and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another if needed.

    Makes a tablet host music from memory stick.

    Great idea, allows a standard memory stick to transfer music or play directly on tablet or other device that can 'host' from micro usb. Handy cheap adaptor, once I found it works, I bought another.
