Did the job, room for improvement
They did the job, much longer than the old school spring compressors I have, Used on Zafira A front springs to replace both sides. The hooked clamps ensure the clamp remains on the spring although they didn’t sit comfortably on my springs, almost as if they were for a larger diameter spring ( one hook located the other nearly did but not quite I might be able to grind the corners for a better fit. One clamp slides free on the thread, the other is attached, takes much longer to compress and release than the old style clamps with opposing threads.
