Mr Hobby is a great place to work with. They have quality products. The item I ordered arrived in the time frame expected. In my case, the product packaging was damaged in shipment thereby damaging the item. To be clear, Mr Hobby's item and packaging are great. The damage is the fault of the shipping service. This can happen on any exchange. The point here is Mr Hobby QUICKLY worked with me to resolve the situation after I contacted them about the item. As a buyer, that's very important!!!
