You need to be aware, adjust it only once, when you try to figure out the right length of the straps etc...After that use only the "On Fly" button to get it of your ears otherwise you wear down the Velcro and with sweat and time it will get weaker and weaker until the Velcro will be no use anymore.If you have big ears you will have some problems with this headgear but this is true to all the headgears that is available right now.Very
