I recommend as a compromise antenna.
It's a good comprise antenna, I pick up what am and fm stations I generally listen to. Slightly poorer reception for the weaker stations. But looks fantastic and delivers reception for the powerful blow torch stations perfectly. I recommend it.

Nice looking antenna alternative - better than a stubby
Haven't actually tested signal/loss yet. Looks to be good quality - wish the post was stainless steel and not brass. The carbon fiber base ring is a nice subtle touch. Looks better on the truck than the factory metal one.
