Delivery by DX took an extra 3 days as it was held in Glasgow for no apparent reason. Only got sent on after I compained to DX. When item arrived it was broken, though there was no sign of damage and it was well packed. I had to conclude that the item was broken when it was sent, I challenged the seller who offered £20. I counteroffered and he offered £30 which I accepted as I didn't want the hassle and cost of returning the item. I was able to canibalise the item to repair my part.

    5 star product!

    It does exactly what I wanted it to do. I have an older car without aux function or Bluetooth. I couldn't find a new radio that would fit and this has allowed me to add these functions and its great quality and really easy to use. Havent had any problems hence 5 star review!

    NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONES

    Bluetooth connection keeps on cutting in and out on my iPhone. I contact Parrot and they say the MKi9200 isn't compatible; looking at several forums, it appears this is a problem with Parrot's software and has been for several years. They don't appear to have any plans to fix it. NOWHERE IN THE PRODUCT LITERATURE OR ADVERT DOES IT SAY "NOT COMPATIBLE WITH IPHONES". It took me several hours to install so I can't be bothered uninstalling to return; instead I'm using the cable jack with an old ipod for music and I've bought a separate bluetooth handsfree kit for phone calls.

    Parrot MKi9200 - Hands free and more!

    I have lived with my MKi9200 for some 9 months now so here are the pros and cons: Pros: Excellent hands free audio quality Clearly laid out menus Voice activated dialling Voice feedback for menus Clear display (removable for security) Wide range of playback options including SD card, usb drives, A2DP audio streaming from handset Remote control Upgradable software Easy to pair Cons: Quality, especially wiring could be better Voice dial can be quirky especially if vehicle is noisy Voice feedback on phone book misinterprets some entries Installation a bit involved. I advise professional installation by an auto electrician (not a spanner monkey) or risk trashing your interior, fouling airbags etc. Overall a good hands free kit which is on a day to day basis works well.     Buying info

    Not all the pack was delivered to me, causing further expense. This was very disappointing. You asked me to tell you what was missing but then you don’t respond, I will tell you on here. Mount bracket for mic, mount bracket for the display, speaker plug cut of from muting lead set that had to be repaired. If your going to sell things make sure they are what you state on this site.
