I sent picture of correct color on the correct item next to the one they sent me, I was told that the item was not available in my color through their supplier. They offered to refund me my purchase price and just keep it, so I did, although its not doing me any good. Basically, it was a waste of time but at least I didn't have to pay for something that I don't need. I am guessing this item came directly from China. This is the world we live in.
