The bag was 100% VINYL. His pictures show a dark brown & cream colored item. I received a 3-colored item (med brown, white, & pink/purple). The listing photos were altered. After return, the seller contacted eBay to claim I destroyed the item and he can't resell, which is a 100% fabrication. The item was returned in the seller's box & I have a full video of item being safely packed.Reply from: llmerch- Feedback replied to by seller llmerch.- Feedback replied to by seller llmerch.This Wilson Golf Bag was indeed 100% as described. We have never and will never sell an item that is not exactly as shown and described in one of our listings. Our track record speaks for itself. We accepted the return as ebay advised and the buyer packed it in such a way that it arrived crushed and damaged to the point that it can no longer be sold. We have the pictures from the time the postal clerk brought out the item thru opening.

When I contacted the merchant they said I could send it back but refused to pay for the $23 in shipping it cost me to have it shipped!! Why should I pay for their mistake?
