Fast service and delivery. I did not communicate with the seller but I wish I had. The quilt is not that well made. It is a 4.5 tog meant for summer use and I am sure will do the job. The stitching is already falling apart but for the price I paid, the time and effort opening a case then the added expense of wear and tear on my car plus the petrol, opening a case is not cost effective for me.
