Delivery on time and the items are as described. I think for full honesty you need to inform somehow your customers that the lid knobs are of absolutely atrociously low quality. The material used (looks like bakelit) is so fragile that you effectively cannot tighten the knob as it will inevitably break, I bought two, both of them were in pieces. And the alternative is wobbly, loose knobs. Ended up buying better ones of Amazon.
