After contacting the seller, they expedited the item and we received it a couple of days later.     Very pleased with Big Owl. Description, price, appearance, dispatch time , delivery time, and seller’s communication were excellent. Perhaps experience would have been slightly better had it been wrapped in bubble wrap. He has a broken nose! However that would be due to rough handling by the carrier. Nose will be easily mended when I find my super glue. Then he will be placed on my water feature where hopefully he will deter pigeons from drinking and dropping. Thanks to seller.
