    Good design, fits wide range of phones and GPSs

    Given that car makers did not think to provide a mount option for devices like this, the Grip-iT does a good job of utilizing dashboard vent louvers for attachment. Mount is held by two plastic clips that grab vent louver. They are somewhat delicate, but I would rather risk breaking these clips instead of the louver. I detached the clips, installed on louver, then reattached them to base of mount. Ball joint allows 360 rotation plus pitch and roll, but needs to be adjusted then the nut tightened. Limitations of clips and third leg preclude rotating or other adjustment of phone/gps once in place. The mount handles taps and swiping actions well without disturbing position of phone/gps. Side grips are adequate, but work best if phone/gps is leaning back 10 degrees or more to avoid device ...

    Broken but usable

    Both the vent clips were broken; fortunately I didn't need them. The part I needed, the mount, was in perfect shape. It's pretty shoddy workmanship to send me a broken product, even though I did get what I wanted.

    Step on first one

    I️ brought this as a replacement for the one that mounts to my windshield. Grands broke it. I️ love this brand. The phone holder can go to any bracketron brand. My phone is very heavy, it does the job.

    Very Functional

    I use this bracket daily to hold an iPhone in my Jeep Wrangler. I finally had to buy another one after over FIVE years of hard use. This product is very durable and a good value considering the price. I highly recommend it! I would give it 4-1/2 stars if that were an option.

    Not easy to use

    I bought this product to hold my IPhone in my car. It is so bulky and awkward. It is better suited to hold a GPS. Wish I could of loved this item.
