Husband built it I couldn't understand the instruction. Screws were too small, gap around upper door husband put in a small panel. Bits done once altogether it's fine. Wood not thick In bedroom so doubled it as rabbits would be very cold we are in Cumbria it snows bad. Once bits done to improve it it looks fine. Two rescue bunnies in it. So you get what you pay for. For the price it's fine.

They quickly came back to say courier had misplaced package and offered full refund or replacement. I asked for replacement which they despatched same day and it was delivered next day. Arrived as described unfortunately the stand broke whilst I assembled it.
Contacted seller who gave me two options either to exchange it or refund. I requested an exchange and a replacement stand was sent to me very quickly. When it arrived the packaging was damaged but when I assembled the roller stand it was undamaged fortunately and works fine and I am very pleased with it. Informed the seller about damaged packaging when delivered to me who were to follow up the issue with courier.
