    When a business sends me the wrong item and I insist on still receiving that item instead of a refund but the business insists on a full refund and me keeping what was sent I can only assume that the business is involved in shady business practices. Putting up a picture of a quality made item and sending them a different item that is a cheaper made item trying to get the customer to agree to a 10-15% discount is ridiculous when that cheaper made item is already priced at that 10-15% what I paid.

    Truth: Simple mistake where non-sweatband version was accidentally sent. We apologized & offered a 15% discount if he wanted to keep it. He said No and would return item & we're still have not rec'd it. The rest he said was Totally NOT true!
