Sadly a poor overall service and caused an unhappy customer our end….probably a lost customer.
The package was damaged and then returned to sender - they were then supposed to offer to send the item at a reduced rate (due to damage ti packaging) - never heard a word back and a frustrated customer left hanging.

Unfortunately the actual product that eBay systems recommended was not the correct fitting. Nothing to do with the seller, whom refunded costs in full upon receipt of returned item. No questions asked just agreed to refund.
That’s what I call service. 👍👏👏👏. Still going to give 5 star for item description as they had dispatched the item that eBay’s system said was the item. Don’t see why they need to be marked down for a computer error.
