Easy to take.
I used to take the capsules but found them hard to swallow with my hiatus hernia and I thought cod liver oil would be hard to take because of the taste. Thank goodness I was wrong. The fish taste is very slight and the liquid, obviously, is a lot easier to ingest. Add to this value and quality and it is excellent. Recommended,
