If you change your mind about a purchase, please contact us regarding the return to make arrangements. Returns must be in the condition they were sent in (i.e. new/unopened). After successful receipt of the undamaged, unused item we will refund the buyer less the original postage cost of £6.99 that we paid to send the item to you. Any Large and heavy parcels returned will have a deduction of £9.50 for the original postage cost.
 
The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost.
