Great for microwave cooking
I bought this Pyrex jug to replace an old one I'd been using for well over 20 years, which was looking a little scruffy. It's my utensil of choice for cooking vegetables in the microwave. It saves cooking time, helps retain flavour, colour & nutrients and is easy to clean afterwards. Unlike cheaper plastic microwave pots, it doesn't become stained from the food it is used to heat/cook. As can be seen from the lifespan of its predecessor, it is also durable. What more can you ask?
