We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.
 
7. Site Information
Any goods, services or information displayed should not be regarded as an offer, invitation, solicitation, advice or recommendation to buy products or services on the site. No warranties or representations are made about any goods other than as expressly contained in this site.     Does the job

    Trust me I have tried everything for the dry skin on my feet and it is severe. I was skeptic but thought I would try as it had generally good reviews. So glad I did. It’s easy to use and effective. My feet are now smooth and most importantly normal looking now.

    I HAVEN'T HAD CALLOUSES, BEFORE. THE SOLE OF MY FEET, BEHIND THE TOES, ACROSS THE FOOT, LATERALY AT THE POINT, OF THE BALL OF THE FOOT. WALKING BAREFOTT, OR EVEN BOOTS, COULD EVOKE SHARP PAIN, LIKE I'D STOOD ON A TINY SCREW, OR A FLINT. SO, I GOT THIS LITTLE PINK WONDER, WRONG COLOUR, BUT NEVER-MIND! I USED IT LIKE A FILE, BUT GENTLY, IT WAS SKIN, NOT STEEL, I WAS TRYING TO ABRADE. THEN, CLEAR FLUID, LYMPH, WATER, I DON'T KNOW. BUT I COULD WEAR-DOWN, THE RAGGED FRINGE OF NOW-DEAD SKIN, AND THOUGH IT TOOK TIME, IT HAS HEALED-OVER, WITH A DRESSING OF SAVLON, TO PREVENT INFECTION. FIRST ONE I'VE EVER HAD, BUT FIRST, AND BEST! AS LONG AS YOU HAVE THE FLEXIBILITY OF FOOT, TO SEE THE GENTLE, BUT REAL ABRADING, OF THE COVER, OVER THE PAIN'S CAUSE, THIS IS CLOSE TO BEING AN INSTRUMENT.

    Best foot file

    Quite simply the best foot rasp I have ever used!

    It looks like it belongs in the kitchen for grating your food and the plastic looks a bit cheap (and bright) but for the money you pay what do you expect. You don't need to spend a lot of time on your feet as it works quickly and smoothly. I have only ever used it on wet feet so can't comment on any other use. Highly recommend this product for even the toughest of skin.

    Does the job

    I wish i had bought this earlier, bought a scholl express pedi prior and waste of money. These files do the job alot quicker and I suffer from dry and hard dead skin and oh my my feet are so soft and smooth
