very fast delivery. This is my 2nd rug because I like the first one. I chose brown/beige colour this time, but I am slightly disappointed as the colour looks different from the picture and the rug is not "straight". But things like this happen as each device shows slightly different colour tones. The rug has a chemical odour I assume it's from the dye because my first rug (green) didn't have it. A quick wash resolved it though.

Great rug exceptional value. Very rude delivery driver telling me he’d been once and if it happens again he’d not come back. Thing is there was no contact in anyway to tell me when delivery was neither did he leave a card if indeed he had been before. Bully of a man I nearly told him to take it back. Can’t see his problem.
