We've made our Terms and Conditions as easy and brief as possible as no one likes to read them, but by placing your order with 'us/we/our' (GIZMO-DEALS), you accept the following.
 
1. Prices
Our products and prices are subject to change. Promotional prices/offers only apply in the period stated for the promotion. Whilst we try to ensure that prices are accurate at all times, we are not responsible for errors that may occur. If we discover any errors in the price of goods before we accept your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and give you the option to resubmit your order at the correct price or cancel.
 
2. Availability
All goods and services are subject to availability. Any product stock or availability information supplied is an estimate only. If on receipt of your order the goods are not available in stock we will notify you, and offer to refund you for any sum that has been paid by you, or allow you to wait until available in stock.
 
3. Delivery
Charges for delivery may not be included in the product price and will be provided on checkout (before you submit your card details). Every effort is made to ensure a prompt despatch of your order and delivery within the stated delivery days. However, we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this case, we will inform you as soon as possible. It is your responsibility to check all items ordered are included within the delivered consignment. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 7 days of delivery.
3.1 Delivery times. All UK orders are sent by either next day courier or 1st class (1-2 business days estimated). International orders are sent by Airmail (3 - 10 days estimated delivery).
 
4. Ordering
Any e-mail or other electronic acknowledgement by us of receipt of an order placed by you does not constitute legal acceptance by us of your order. All orders are subject to approval by us and your order is only accepted once we despatch. When processing your order, the information provided will be subject to credit and fraud prevention checks. Payment shall be due before the order is processed for despatch. Payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle 'us' to terminate the contract immediately.
 
5. Returns and Refunds
 
5.1 Faulty Goods (within 6 months of despatch)
If your purchase develops a fault within 6 months of despatch, we will exchange, replace or refund the item. We will arrange for the item to be returned for testing, and then send you a new replacement straight away. Alternatively if proof can be provided by photographic or video evidence we can send a replacement without exchanging. This does not apply to faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse, for which there will be no exchange or repair.
 
5.2 Damaged Goods
In the unlikely event your order is received damaged please contact us immediately. Please retain the original packaging for returning your order. Contact us with your order number and with details of the problem. We will arrange to replace. It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 60 days of delivery.
 
5.3 Unwanted Goods (within 60 days of receipt)
We will accept the item back for a full refund up to 60 days after receipt without question. This refund does not extend to the original cost of delivery or return costs. The customer is responsible for the return of all goods. Your item will need to be inspected before reimbursement is made. To exercise your right to cancel, you must contact us prior to returning any goods.
 
5.3.1 Unwanted Goods (outside 60 days of receipt)
No goods are accepted outside of the 60 day returns policy.
 
6. Lost items
GIZMO-DEALS use mail services to despatch items to customers. UK items are sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on order value. Foreign orders are sent Airmail. In the unlikely event that items do not arrive the buyer must allow 10 working days (UK) and 15 days (outside UK) to establish the item as lost. After that period has expired the buyer must contact GIZMO-DEALS.
 
7. Site Information

Well worth the money! Wanted something cheap & cheerful to keep midges out. Wasn't quite sure what to expect but needn't have worried - it does what it says on the tin - even better I managed to cover 2 windows from one pack! It took a couple of days for the velcro tape to completely stick to the uPVC window frame - so be patient, don't stretch the netting tight, and leave a good margin of spare net around the edges. Now I can leave my bedroom windows wide open at night and no midges! Wahoo!!!

    Great item

    This was so easy to put up and does a brilliant job at keeping the bugs out. Ideal for the bedroom, living room, kitchen. Mesh is thin but strong. I personally was impressed that it kept wasps out. I was a bit worried that I was going to waste my money but I'm very happy with it and have recommended it to friends and family. So if you want to have an insect free room this is the product for you.

    Never buy this insect mesh, waste of your hard earn money.

    This is a worst item that I brought online in my life. The quality of this product is so bad that it don't stick on any surface and it's very thin in size that it can be easy get tear out.

    Fantastic! (Read my tips)

    One of the best purchases I've every made. The product itself isn't revolutionary per se, but does what it says! Now I can happily leave my window open with no spiders and flies getting in. I don't know why I didn't buy something like this years ago. Top tips: - Cut net a little too big for the window, and make sure to account for any window handles that stick out where the net will stretch across. Because the net won't be taut, let stress is put on the velcro sticky tape affixed to the frame, preventing it from becoming unstuck. - Always clean and dry the window frame before affixing the sticky tape. I have seen only little evidence of the tape becoming unstuck, and cleaning/drying prolongs its stickiness lifespan.

    Does the job with a few tweaks

    Turned out better than I expected, its doing its job and keeping the cat from leaping out the window. The only comment I would make is that the netting has pulled the Velcro sticky off on two of the corners, but I think this is because I have pulled the netting very tight. Will be buying another and not keeping the net as taught to see if this makes a difference.

    Wedding veil-like bug screen is okay

    Looks and sort of feels like a wedding veil and very useful in helping me decide that I definitely need a white coloured veil for my big day. Hoped it might have more tensile strength, but I think it will probably work. Tape looks inadequate. Overall for the cheap price it was worth a punt.
