Solid undercoat for the weather proof paint
Definitely need to use this when using the 10 year weather proof paint. Despite claims on the tin, the paint does peel if you don't use this primer first. 2 coats of this followed by 2 coats of the weather proof paint and it's absolutely solid. Very quick drying too, you can do those 2 coats in no time. Just make sure you sand the surface/ prepare first. Great.

Much too thin ! It's like painting with coloured water. Will be sticking to the well known makes next time. Waste of money. Stick to making varnish.

always use this primer/undercoat it does what it says gives a proper base coat for exterior paint can be used in or out I have found I don't use any other make than weather shield. Never had a problem and will continue using I do a fair amount of painting and I stick to what works.

Have started to use on by garden Balustrades, covers in one coat dries very quickly. Bought a 750ml tin would have bought a larger one if it had been for sale. Nearly finished tin so will order another. Fantastic product. Ray watts.

Used it to paint some fascia boards on a house..
Great coverage, you need two coats of primer followed by two top coats. Do not try and put it on with a roller. Best results are achieved bt brush!
