I have of these hoovers and what it doesn’t pickup is nobody’s business. I bought this for my daughter as an early present as her one weren’t up to the job. This hoover & the turbo hoover head brush work extremely well together. It is effortless and smooth instead of the harsh and sometimes stiff back and forth movements when hoovering. This came on time when shipped from seller. It arrived in original box. Don’t be put off buying refurbish my is and it’s still going strong.

Great communication. Fast dispatch . The vacuum cleaner has great cleaning Suction . The only issue I had the 1st time I emptied the bin part and tried to reattach to the main vacuum cleaner it didn’t seem to fit like it was to big I did manage to sort it through. I’ve used/ emptied it today and had no problems.

    Good for value

    I love the hoover, however it's not as powerful on carpet. It could do with more suction on carpet but it still does the job. Very easy to empty, just remember to clean the filter as well from time to time or it would affect the suction. I actually thought it was broken the other day as it didn't have bearly any suction, it's only when I realised there was a filter under the handle. A piece of paper was stuck under the filter

    Poor quality / strength fittings break easily

    Works OK but the build quality is pretty poor, lots of play in the hose/hear, and the plastic clip holding the collection chamber in place broke off, as well as one of the clips holding the hose to the body, meaning I had to use super-strong tape to hold them in place.

    Awesome product for carpets with lot of fluff/hair

    Really surprised to finally find a reasonably priced product that works well on carpets. It is as compact as can be for a non upright vacuum cleaner and is easy to empty. The HEPA filter was a key feature that we needed.

    Great little gem

    This small hover is very powerful, so much so because we have a dog it needs emptying quite often. I would comment that the power cable is a little too short. Other than than its great value for money.
