    Fishplates

    Extra crimping at one end due to the stiffness of the plates would be beneficial to put extra grip to the permanent rail. The plates have a tendency to grip to the joining rail when disconnecting sections of track track. Apart from that perfectly functional.

    The Hornby Dream lives on from generation to generation

    The Grandson was amazed when two Hornby 00 train sets bought for his father some time back were brought back to life with the arrival of the fishplates. We continued the train theme after lunch and went on the miniature railway in Hastings.
