This is an excellent saw at a very good price. Only thing I would say is the instruction manual is not very good. The list of features numbers to 41 items, but the picture has numbers only 1-20 to show where the items are. I think there is a picture missing to show the rest. The dealer was excellent, answering questions promptly, and next day delivery was ideal for me, as I had a big job on and my saw had failed.

    12 inch sliding mitre saw😃

    I already own a Bosch mitre saw but this new one is about 3 times bigger and with a double laser built into the saw and unlike my Bosch saw which has a single battery run laser this new one is mains supplied and has a 2000w motor and the difference is very much appreciated when it comes down to the cutting of wood Mmmmm I just might need a bigger flat Mmmmmm well worth the money🤷‍♂️🧐😃😍

    You pay for what you get.

    We have had this item for 3 months and used it on a handful of projects. The cutting depth is great and makes light work of some tasks. The issues surround the build quality and design. The angles are not 100% accurate which is to be expected but the depth arm is weak and has now snapped meaning the item is now dangerous to use and apparently doesnt fall within the warranty. Overall, average, at first seemed great but now seems to be an expensive lesson.

    Unbeatable value and a real high quality 305mm compound mitre

    The Lumberjack 12inch has compound mitre is absolutely excellent value for money. It is a really high quality power tool that cuts incredibly cleanly and accurately. Typically these tools require extensive setting up and alignment prior to first use but this was great from the start. The large 305mm blade cuts easily through 100mm thick timber and has a very smooth linear sliding travel across the piece. Both rotational and tilt angles can be set easily and it benefits from positive ‘click’ preset angles to enable quick accurate positioning of typical angles (15, 30, 45). I would most definitely recommend this to both the skilled amateur and the professional. With that price it is unbeatable value.

    Amazing quality
