This item arrived with a washer missing. I contacted the Woodcraft Shop twice to ask for the missing part but received no reply. Tired of waiting, I installed the portiere rod using a standard washer -This worked but is not beautiful to look at. As I was hanging my curtain (not heavy), the rings on the plastic end pieces both broke off - They are clearly very poor quality and not fit for purpose. I had to use wire to anchor the curtain ends. Poor product quality and zero customer service!
