He did try to be helpful in saying he would send out some new seals but when asked for a return he ignored me so eBay got involved and refunded the item. He then made out it wasn't returned in the same condition... i wasn't going to leave feedback but given the cheek I'll leave my experience through feedback. And you think we shouldn't have reported you to ebay?

So easy to use will make this a regular maintenance job. Saw the advert on Facebook about the Hampson scale away so had to get one. Brilliant product does the job.
