phenomenal customer service, they even contacted me to let me choose the exact ukulele I wanted from their stock.the ukulele itself is excellent quality (possibly made in the same factory as a much more costly brand), the action was just above 3mm, so I needed to adjust that, and the strings were terrible, so I replaced those and now it's one of the best ukes I own!
