Excellent service. Great communication, arrived ahead of time (one full day ahead of a promised 3 day delivery). The fan was very easy to assemble - just required the base fixing, and the whole thing is very quiet and I feel better already within an hour of switching it on. Incidentally, the description says battery required for the remote control unit - Not so, the unit had a battery in it and just needed the inserted tab pulling out to connect the battery to the terminal et voila.
