But I was refunded promptly, clearly an item was out of stock as I was sent a refund; who knows. The item sent wasn’t the item marked as sent. VERY POOR administration techniques in operation. But I am thankful that on orders placed I did at least receive reimbursement for items that didn’t arrive.
