I have paid 25 Euro for shipping. Tracking number was not provided to me once item was shipped. A few weeks later I requested Tracking number and found the Poster sitting in local Courier's office for 10 days. My Phone number was not listed with the Delivery Address as I specifically requested. Poster was not properly packaged and it got crushed during transportation (please see attached photos).
