Any Goods you purchase from this listing are purchased from the seller whose Goods we are storing. We use all reasonable endeavours to verify the accuracy of descriptions of Goods provided to us by the seller but may not have inspected the Goods prior to dispatch to you.
 
We do not accept liability for the condition or fitness for purpose of the Goods. We exclude liability for all warranties and conditions, express or implied, by statute or otherwise to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not accept liability for economic or consequential loss of any kind, including loss of profit whether arising from negligence or otherwise.
 
Items sold by XS Items Ltd come with a Return To Base (RTB) Warranty covering manufacturing defects only.
 
Unless otherwise stated New and New Other and Refurbished items come with a 12 month warranty.
 
Within 30 days of the original payment date we will refund the purchase price or offer a replacement, if available. After 30 days we will offer a repair. If a repair is uneconomic a replacement will be offered, if available. Should neither of these options be available at time of return we will offer a refund. Please note after 6 months the return postage cost/liability will lie with the buyer and a reasonable reduction will be made to cover the use of the item. If a return is arranged by the seller and found to be no fault found and the buyer requests a refund, a deduction for the cost of the return will be made.
 
Ex-display, Used or items sold For Parts come with a 30 day warranty that the item is as described. Please note that some used Sage items will come with a 6 month warranty, but this will be specified in the listing.
 
Any warranty provided does not cover items that are returned and found to be not faulty, nor does it cover: (a) consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (b) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (c) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid or other external cause; (d) damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone without the written permission of XS Items; (e) a Product that has been modified to alter functionality or capability without the written permission of XS Items;
 
If any of the above is discovered when the item is returned, then the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you. Additionally, please note that some of our refurbished/used units may have some non-original parts and we will not accept returns for this reason.
 
Serial/IMEI numbers of any item returned to us will be checked against the original item sent to you. If the serial/IMEI numbers do not correspond the warranty claim will be void and the item will be returned to you.
 
Please note if an item is sold as brand new and sealed, but returned unsealed for a refund, then a 10% deduction will be made on the refund in line with eBay's return policy.
We recommend that the original packaging is kept for every order until the warranty period is concluded. If an item is returned without its original packaging and the item has been damaged in transit on the return due to insufficient packaging, a suitable deduction for the damage will be applied to the refund or the return claim will be void and the item returned to the customer.
 
 
Any warranty provided is non-transferable and does not apply to businesses.
 
We reserve our right to all copyright in images and text depicted in this listing. Our liability to any purchaser or any third party claiming through any purchase is limited to the sale price of the Goods purchased or, if less, £100.

Shipping
Our shipping charges include; the cost of shipment; the cost of packing materials; wages for our packing staff, insurance and the current rate of VAT. For the avoidance of doubt - VAT is INCLUDED in the quoted shipping amount.

For most items under one kilo we ship via Royal Mail. Otherwise we use either 24 or 48 hour couriers. Items shipped on pallets will take between 48 and 72 hours of the item being shipped, and you will be contacted to arrange a suitable day. Please ensure you provide an available contact number on payment.
Courier UK shipping costs quoted are to the UK mainland only. A courier surcharge of £5/box will apply for Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Scotland, Scottish Highlands and Islands. Royal Mail charges are for across the UK. For shipping costs to any other location, please contact us before bidding for a specific quote.
 
If you require a change of address and are paying via PayPal, please add the address to your PayPal account and select the address from there before making payment. Please note we cannot change delivery addresses after payment is made.

As an online retailer, we are only allowing Collections on selected items. If an item has a shipping option then it will shipped via the method and will not be open for collections.     Brilliant machine

    My previous coffee machine (Prodigio) stopped working but it had heavy use and I’d had it a while. I was devastated so searched the Nespresso site for models that would suit. They gave a full range and good explanations of what was on offer and the one I particularly liked, the Creatista Pro, was out of my price range from Nespresso. I was really disappointed as it seemed a good machine. There was little difference between the Creatista Plus and the Creatista Pro but the was a difference in the price. I read reviews about both machines and decided to look elsewhere for the Creatista Pro just to see if I could get it cheaper elsewhere. The best site was eBay where I actually saved over £250!     Waste of money, it's better to use a 50EUR machine.

    I’m super disappointed with this machine. The quality of the extracted coffee and the frothed milk are very low compared to other Nespresso machines: - The extracted coffee from the Creatista Pro is less aromatic with less Crema on top, and tastes significantly less good than similar coffee from other machines. - The Creatista's Milk frother is virtually not usable. The quality is so poor that it's embarrassing. I've watched all the videos about it and had dozens of attempts. The results are always hot milk with bubbles on top.

    Brilliant, stylish and easy to use.

    This is the very best coffee pod machine I have ever had, you can customise your own special coffee and save it under your own name on the system. The ease of use is phenomenal. It’s so easy to clean and to use, the choice of coffee types is large and the fact that you can also use to heat milk up is brilliant. I researched extensively before purchasing this machine and I do not hesitate to recommend it to absolutely anyone.

    Easy to use coffee machine

    We bought this because we wanted to have a milk frother feature. The tank capacity is good and the menu options for different types of coffee are easy to set up. I’m still working on the perfect milk froth but it’s a decent coffee experience at home!
