Would not be without this. It keeps me from becoming Anaemic
I have a naturally low iron-count and a few years ago kept becoming anaemic and needing to take iron, despite eating more iron rich foods and a healthy diet. I was recommended B complex with magnesium by a Nutritionist who suggested the problem could be that my body wasn’t absorbing the iron in my diet. Within a few days I felt loads better and have stayed on it ever since. I was recommended the Viridian one but some months ago decided to try another - and it was a disaster. Within a few weeks I started feeling unwell. I changed back to Viridian High 5 B Complex with Magnesium - and will never change again.
