These work very well reducing blue light from all screens keeping me awake, so i can relax doing whatever I want and still be able to get sleepy and go to bed fine without being kept wide awake and unable to wind down by the blue light. They also help when you have migraines, which happens to me often. They enhance the natural colours of the world around you whilst taking the harsh blue light out of things.
