To all of those sellers who don't care about their customers once they receive payment....you could learn a thing or two from this top seller. Courteous, professional and kind, she decided to send me a replacement item after chasing down RM, and deciding she didn't want me to wait for an "investigation." Replacement arrived 2 days later. I was so pleasantly surprised that she immediately contacted RM, and didn't just pass me the tracking number and wiped her hands of me. Best service EVER.
