    Great value and quality

    Brilliant, works a treat for my longer hikes to keep hydrated. Will use for motorbike touring as easy to drink with helmet on. I searched around and this is great value too.

    Useful for athletes for long treks

    I did buy this for long walks etc but because my wife is bedridden and thought it would easy for her to use on her own in the night. However, she found it difficult to bite on the mouthpiece and swallow at the same time. I tried to dry it to store but it is so m possible to drain out all the water. I’ve been the best way is freeze the bladder and then you’re able to remove the ice.
