Chandelier was packed really well but had one key piece that was broken - I messaged the seller and they responded in less than 12 hours that they would send out a replacement part ASAP and they did! If I could give 10 stars for this seller I would. The best seller ever. The chandelier is gorgeous. The communication with seller is great: very easy and pleasant. The seller is very responsible. Momentarily answering messages and ready to help. One part was missing and seller immediately sent it. The original product and missing part came much faster then was expected, and packaged very well. I will definitely purchase from this honest seller again and recommend him to all my friends.
