I expected it to be checked and tested by a technician following original manufacturer quality procedures? The motor powered and blades reciprocated. Within 10 seconds of operation, the tool vibrated severly. I removed the bottom cover, exposed the rotating eccentric cam mechanism. I could see the top blade lifted and not aligned with the cam. Bad cheap design, or parts missing? Returned & Seller refunded.
