Item was late and service poor. I paid on 21-May-24, the item was dispatched 1 WEEK LATER on 28-May-24. I sent 4 messages which the seller ignored until the dispatch date. They then attempted to blame the delay on the bank holiday, but this fell on 27-May-24, a full 6 days after the order was placed. Judging by the number of similar complaints, I suspect this seller is based or sourcing its items from abroad. The only plus is the item was as described but I will never use this seller again.

I would suggest not buying from this supplier as not only did it not arrive as quickly as they advertised it was used before and there customer support has been non-existent. Replacing motorised valve head
It's more likely that either the motor or micro switch has failed that is stopping the valve from opening at the set time. Buy a complete valve unit then if the valve has gone at least you've got the part and it will only cost a few penny's more Have a 10 torqs screwdriver handy to undo the 2 screws securing the head to the valve. That's so easy to do. If yours is a 2 port S plan if it comes with an extra white wire just tape the end up and secure away.It's more likely that either the motor or micro switch has failed that is stopping the valve from opening at the set time. top quality product at a fair price .
The motorised valve is identical to my original valve which had lasted over 19 years, it is a quality product that has stood the test of time. The faulty valve still worked fine, though it had developed a slight leak from the operating shaft not bad after 19 years continual use.

Get What You Pay For
Good solid quality. Works fine. I will be getting another to replace a similar 30 year old valve that has just started to not shut off fully. I will update this post in 30 years time when this new valve starts to fail! Not the cheapest on the market, but well worth the few extra pounds. I would not buy the cheaper alternatives.
