Great product
Seems to be a great product and working well on test. It has a wide range of timings which is very useful. My only criticism is that I could have done with more of the drippers on stalks as opposed to the ones that fit directly onto the large feed pipe, or some supports so that the loose ones could be used in pots. I had to but a separate packet for £5 but that is probably down to my arrangement. If it keeps all the pots and baskets (put on the ground) wet during my holiday as it has for last couple of night, I will be very pleased. Easy to setup, a bit tight on supplies for 25 pots
Very complete set. I found the length of hoze provided was a bit short for 25 pots. Similarly, you need to engineer your grid of pipes to use the exact adapters they provide (eg there's no extras so you can build it any way you want). Last, and i'm not sure if I did something wrong, but the connections between the larger and the smaller pipes all leak a little water. It doesn't prevent the system to work, but it's just a little annoying (I'm using in tiled patio, so excess water remains, I probably wouldn't care if i used this a garden). Overall, I found the installation not too difficult given i had no experience in setting up an automatic watering system.Very complete set. The watering system was a bit fiddly to set up. I was not strong enough to use the device to puncture the main tube. My husband had to do it for me. Once it was set up it was easy to programme. We bought a 3 way "tap" so that we did not have to keep removing the timer device and could still use the hose and watering can. Very Reliable Product Once You Understand The Timer
A little daunting when you first unpack it and at first we thought it wasn't working properly but then discovered that we hadn't understood the instructions properly with the timer. Setting 1 means it waters every day for 7 days but on the timer itself there are settings for 1,2,3,5,7. We had set it for 7 thinking that meant the number of days but 7 only waters for one day. The paper instructions inside the box are better and indicate numbers of days with drip symbols. Since then it has worked extremely reliably and we are very pleased with the product.
