Box come damage took and age to be sent tho said sent day after I order it not great did ask for some sort of refund told to send back at my expense

Extremely misleading feedback. Item was slightly dented during postage, we explained our 30 day return policy still applies. We would have sent you a returns label but you didn't actually request a return? You just asked for a refund without mentioning returning the item. Buyer is extremely rude even after offering a full refund upon return. What else can we do?
