We offer a 30 day returns policy; all postage is free to our customers unless returning or exchanging an item or unless the item is damaged.

Although the picture shows 2 pillows and the title begins with "Pack of.." , there's only one pillow. I ordered 2 other items from other sellers. This one doesn't actively work to break my neck. It's not perfect, but it's ok. I removed some of the foam to make it fit me better. Good for the money, especially compared to other products on the market, that are like pancakes.

Bought one of these pillows back in August and they are fantastic pillows, so i just purchased another 2 of them! same as last time fantastic seller would highly recommend and definitely getting quality for money cheap on price but pure luxury for money! Highly recommend these pillow for anyone suffers with arthritis, fibromyalgia or anything that prevents you from having a great night's sleep. They shape true form to my neck and head . The best is they actually go back to their original form when not in use. I've tried many pillows in the past which haven't and don't come close to these. I bought 1 to try out and now have bought 3 more. Will be buying some for my daughter. 1000 percent recommend these to everyone.

    Like a dream to sleep on!

    Came rolled up for ease of delivery, so I was a little sceptical 🫤 as it was very flat when I opened it. So fluffed it out and decided to let it settle for about 24 hours before sleeping on it. It puffed up nicely just like their photos. It’s lovely to sleep on and has solved my back pain. Probably will buy a next one soon.
