Item bought at a competitive price and delivered quickly.
Unfortunately a leakage of quite a large amount of shampoo occurred during transit, so the Seller offered me a small refund. However, I did not feel it fair to accept, because I suspect the leak may have been caused by faulty application during manufacture of the shrink-wrap used to secure the lid. If this is the case, then neither the Seller nor the carrier is to blame and a repeat of the problem should be possible.
