Great rug exceptional value. Very rude delivery driver telling me he’d been once and if it happens again he’d not come back. Thing is there was no contact in anyway to tell me when delivery was neither did he leave a card if indeed he had been before. Bully of a man I nearly told him to take it back. Can’t see his problem. Poor customer service
