I ordered the exact item from another seller on here and exactly the same thing happened. How are you allowed to keep trading under different identities on here and not delivering on your promises? You take my money under false pretences. How can you say it's been posted? Complete liars.

I asked for it to be put right by sending an extra metre of one colour and rather than send it, they said they'd sent it and it got lost in the post. I asked for a tracking number and none was given. They gave me a refund for that metre of fabric but I wanted the fabric to finish a sewing job I now can't complete. Very unreliable seller.

They sent the wrong material & ignored my message telling them they had sent the wrong material for 2 days. They then sent a message to offer me a discount to keep the material I didn't want and ignored my request to return the material until the deadline for returns. Really not impressed & would not buy from again.
