Very interesting insight into the philosophy behind the setting up the company and the effort that has been put into sourcing the highest quality ingredients. With sustainability and the avoidance of adverse health issues also a major consideration, it explains the excellence and popularity of their products. A useful guide on how to make cocktails as well as a great range of cocktail recipes

A true delight, buy it!
I find the majority of cocktail books either contain a lot of VERY strong drinks which are a combo of spirits and a dash of something else, or use obscure ingredients no normal person would pick up (or be able to find) at the supermarket eg: Banana Liqueur, Essence of Samphire (kidding) or Crème de Violette anyone? This is a book for someone who enjoys cocktails but would like to be standing after trying 3 or 4.
