- R***1- Feedback left by buyer.More than a year agoVerified purchasearrived a day early, just wife in the house, driver left it leaning against the wall outside and ran back to his vehicle before my wife could open the door.. My wife had to get a neighbour to help get it in the house. Carton is 8ft long and 25kgs. Usually this type of gazebo are a lot smaller in the packages, a little warning would be in order.Follow-up from: R***1- Feedback followed up on by buyer.- Feedback followed up on by buyer.Item was returned but no communication received from the seller with regard to the refund for 10 days after several emails sent to them. I got ebay involved and they refunded the money in 12hours to my account. Not very good service from this seller.

Luckily the home owner traced us on Facebook and we were able to drive round to collect it. Very poor service from them on an expensive (£100+) item. No live tracking and no signature obtained. Suggest you change courier company.

It wasn't, as I discovered 2 weeks later after coming back from a holiday. Communication with the company was swift with the request from them to identify the missing parts. 10.00 that night I got a response the warehouse would find the parts missing from stock and send. This might take 1-2 working days. Before the end of the following working day, the parts arrived. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

They offer £30 partal refund I refused and asked for replacement (which they don't do) I am now being ghosted from reply to my email i have given they 24hrs after this time I will open a case. From my experience so far this company will not help you if there is a problem and I yet to check if the Electrics on this awning but you will need the remote to do this.
