Each time it was returned to the seller from customs for lack of proper paperwork. The seller asked for more chances and offered a 50% discount on an additional saddle then changed it to 30% off. I just wanted the actual saddle I ordered before even thinking about sending more money for a discounted saddle when it was impossible to receive the original item purchased (2 months ago)

You won't relieve your item and when that happnes he will offer to sell you another one if you only pay the shipping. I know this is a scam because he reshipped my saddle that never arrived and used the same tracking number. You can't do that. He's done this before and I should have known better. Reviews don't lie.
