    Great price, and great customer support, but the packaging should have been much better, just posted in the manufacturer’s thin packaging and one of the shocks retaining bands let go while in the hands of the delivery company and punctured through the box. Got in touch with the retailer, asked me to check that the shock was in good condition, which it was, but they did offer to replace it, but I was sure it was absolutely fine to use. So all in all very pleased with the retailer.👍🏻

    was surprised at first that i had paid for this item and several days had gone by and it still had not been dispatched. it was only then that i realised an email had been sent to myself asking for the registration of my vehicle. once this had been done the part was dispatched within minutes. it is good that they actually clarify the part you are ordering is the correct part you require. overall very good price with good customer service.

    Arrived by end of time slot, excellent comms, however packaging was non existent and just came in the manufacturer's box with postage attached, box was ripped apart and the née pump was hanging out. Luckily with all fittings still within. Not really good for customer service.
